You’ve asked for a doable fall/winter cardigan to cuddle up in, and here it is.  The Autumnal Cardigan, an eye-catching, wear-every-day sweater is fun and interesting to work for the beginner sweater knitter, as well as those more experienced. The cherry on top is the gorgeous shawl collar, which will keep you warm and cozy. This pattern will teach you the basics of cardigan knitting, with a bit of a twist. The sweater is worked from the bottom up as one piece until you reach the underarm edge. Then you work the arms, fronts, and back separately. Last but not least, knit on the shawl collar using a larger needle! Baah Aspen and Jade Sapphire 4-Ply Cashmere are ideal choices for this cardigan.
