Worked in a single color or a gradient range, this elegant shawl develops in beautiful Art Deco waves of decreasing size. Three sizes are given in the pattern, from scarf to generous shawl. Suitable for the intermediate knitter, this is a great first project to try working lace on right- and wrong-side rows. In this class you will learn how to read each chart (there are three), add a lifeline, and decrease on the right and wrong side, along with fixing basic mistakes. Come see the stunning sample in SweetGeorgia Merino Silk Fine. It would also be beautiful in Baah Aspen or sparkly Platinum, Blue Sky Alpaca Silk, or Jade Sapphire hand-dyed cashmere.image_medium2
