Dyea is a quick and simple colorwork hat that is named for Dyea, Alaska, a former Gold Rush town in the Klondike. The pattern has short floats and easy to memorize repeats, making it an excellent first colorwork project, perfect for anyone dipping their toes into stranded colorwork. It is also a good project for experienced knitters as a quick gift knit – come and check out our store sample! The pattern is written with the option of the folded or unfolded brim, and if you would like a matching cowl, the pattern is easily adapted.
