Sprig Of Hope is a crescent shaped shawl that starts out with a step by step garter tab cast on that grows into a Trellis Lace Inset and ends with the Sprig Lace Border. This shawl is a very friendly pattern suited for those new to shawl knitting, while remaining appealing to the more experienced knitter. The end product of this pattern is a nice full bodied shawl that when wrapped stays in place due to the lovely crescent shape. Pattern proceeds go to Autism Speaks.

Advance preparation may be required depending on the class topic. Details will be provided one week in advance or upon sign-up. Each weekly class session includes two hours of hands-on instruction, and extra help outside of class if needed and our time allows (it almost always does!). Yarn for classes must come from Compatto Yarn Salon, and we are always happy to help you choose the best yarn for your class or project.
